  2. Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?
    Yes, we are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office which is the division of the Mayor's Office that governs the Private Hire industry in London.

  3. Are children classed as passengers?
    A: YES, as for insurances purposes a child is classed as one (1) passenger.
    B: At KS Airport Cars, all our drivers are registered with the Public Carriage Office and therefore are legal mini-cab drivers. Each driver has undergone an application process to view their suitability of carrying out such work on a day-to-day basis.   4. Are your prices quoted in Euros or Pounds?
    All prices are quoted in UK pounds, because of the fluctuations in the currency markets it would be impossible to quote tariffs in all currencies.

  5. How many people are allowed to travel in a saloon Vehicle?
    Saloon Vehicle = 5 (including Driver).

  6. What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
    We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost.

  7. On my last visit to London I was overcharged by the taxi driver due to being stuck in a traffic jam, how are your prices set?
    247 Airport Transfer prices are set from the outset by contacting the office. All prices are quoted before the journey and are FIXED (except tips and tolls).

  8. I have heard the M25 motorway around London is like a car park, how does this effect my journey?
    We do everything in our powers to avoid traffic but sometimes we get effected. All vehicles have sat nav systems that check live traffic data on route.

  9. I travel to London in the congestion zone, will I be charged extra?
    Our prices include any charges. Remember Congestion Charging is only in operation from 07.00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

  10. How long before my flight should I be at the terminal?
    For most flights you should aim to be at the terminal 2/3 hours before your scheduled flight time.

  11. Where will my driver be waiting for me in the airport terminal?
    Your driver will be waiting for you near to the airport information desk in the arrivals hall with an airport board with your name on.

  12. What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?
    Please call the office immediately, do not leave the arrivals hall and we will try and locate your driver.

  13. What if I only have hand luggage?
    Please inform us before departure, on your return we will be in arrivals 15 minutes after your plane has landed.

  14. How do I pay for my journey?
    You can either pay cash or you may contact K S Airport cars Transfer yourself and pay by debit or credit card before your journey.

  15. Do you cater for weddings?
    We have cars suitable for weddings. We also provide additional cars for guests if required. What if my question is not covered here?

  17. What type of vehicles do you have?
    We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars, estate cars, MPV, MPV-Plus and executive car which you can see on the front while making your booking.

  18. How early do I need to book my car?
    The earlier the better. However, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone, If you make a online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.

  19. Can I make a booking on the phone?
    Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is 0208 204 2402. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking. Alternatively you could e-mail us. If you make an online or e-mail reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.

  20. Can I make a booking if the party consists of more than thirteen passengers?
    We can provide you a service with a combination of vehicles, please use the special quotation form and ensure that you include the number of passengers in your party and full details of your journey.

  21. What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
    We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

  22. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
    Contact us as soon as possible on +44 208 2042402, we will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have send a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.

  23. How do I meet the driver?
    Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area near the airport information desk. He will be holding a board with the T Cars Service logo and our web page impression. Your name and flight details will be hand written on this board. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver. The airport information desk is sign posted. The easiest way of finding the desk is to ask someone. You will find many drivers with greeting boards standing in various parts of the arrivals area your driver will be standing near the airport information desk.

  24. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
    Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, at times it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. These instances are very rare 99% of the time we are able to meet you're as you exit arrivals

  25. What is a PCO Licence?
    Public Carriage License is a license which enables us to carry out private hire assignments as to the regulations set down by the British government

  26. Do all your chauffeurs have licences?
    All of our chauffeurs have PCO permits as well as all our vehicles
